I Kings 2-3
think about it:
Benaiah sounds like a pretty tough dude. check out his resume to carry out the executions to those that threatened the king:
2 Samuel 23:20 Benaiah son of Jehoiada was a valiant fighter from Kabzeel, who performed great exploits. He struck down two of Moab's best men. He also went down into a pit on a snowy day and killed a lion.
pretty tough, huh?
is benaiah a big thug? or a righteous warrior?
if you could ask for one gift from God... what would it be?
why do you think solomon would ask for wisdom?
solomon was faced with a decision regarding the baby... that's a tough decision. but he didn't back down. he made a tough decision. what part did solomon asking God for wisdom play in him being able to make that decision?
